A few other judges that might want to be scrutinized a little closer (though I suspect both are long off the bench, because these rulings do go back a bit...)
(1) The one who said it was not sex discrimination to fire a woman because women didn't get pregnant - people got pregnant
(2) The judge who ruled that it was not discrimination to forbid two men from getting married because both men were perfectly legally allowed to marry women if they wanted to
(3) The judge who, upon realizing in a case where two men had had the banns of marriage read in their church without objection that the laws did not specify that marriage was between two people of the opposite sex, turned to a dictionary definition of marriage to make his ruling (yeah, there's a document of live language and societal use...)
