So, the trial of Mr. Spector ended in a mistrial, with 10 thinking he was guilty, 2 thinking he was innocent.

Gee, and then only one more year after that before someone who murdered a lot of women could face the court, if perhaps only of public opinion. One can always hope for a class action suit, since, unlike Mr. Rumsfeld, he can't really pass the Bush, er, buck.
